Vessel Walkthrough
Double Happiness includes a custom hard top with a completely enclosed and 24k BTU reverse cycle air-conditioned Fly Bridge. Two staterooms, each with its own head provide privacy and comfort with an emphasis on luxury. Space abounds in the salon which boasts an ultra leather settee, a Sony 32 high-definition flat screen TV and a DTS surround sound system. Both of the staterooms have 17 HDTV flat screens. All are powered by Sea Tel satellite service. Flooring is teak with removable 100% wool designer carpet over the teak. Complete Electronics, upper and lower, and a bow thruster are of note as well. Paramount has been maintenance and loving care. This vessel is in pristine condition.
Salon
Upon entering DOUBLE HAPPINESS through the port sliding door you are in the very spacious salon. From her custom home entertainment to the custom fold down desk and wool designer carpet and designer drapes, quality is most evident. To starboard is the lower helm with complete electronics and tank tender. There is a U-line icemaker under the helm seat. There is a beautiful high-lo teak table. The entire boat has the renowned Ocean Alexander furniture quality teak interior. There is a starboard sliding door to the helm station.
Galley
Step down into the very spacious and light galley with amazing visibility. Beautiful teak cabinets provide generous storage. The large stainless steel sink has a Franke faucet as well as a Seagull water filter faucet for drinking water and ice maker, and an in-sink food disposal. There is a Norcold refrigerator/freezer and a microwave/convection oven plus a 3-burner electric cook top. There is a pullout cutting board, and under counter lighting.
Master Stateroom
Going aft, and down two steps one enters a huge full beam master stateroom with a walk around queen bed with a new custom mattress, designer bedspread with custom sheets and custom drapes. There are teak cabinets on both sides with two hanging closets and (4) drawers under bed for storage with rope lighting under bed. One hanging closet houses a combo washer/dryer. There is a 17" high definition TV with SAT receiver. The master head has a stall shower and Vacuflush head with fresh water flush. The sink and shower have Grohe faucets. Custom halogen lights were added to the head and shower. The book-matched teak is simply stunning and the overall quality of the woodwork is generally not found in boats this size.
Guest Stateroom
Two steps down from the galley is the forward VIP stateroom. It has a queen bed, a hanging locker and five drawers. A small couch provides additional storage underneath. The bed has a new custom mattress. A Phillips 17" high definition TV is mounted for viewing from the bed or couch. The guest head has a shower stall with a folding shower door, Vacuflush head with fresh water flush and a molded fiberglass sink. The sink and shower have Grohe faucets. The head is very well lit with halogen lighting. There is a solar exhaust fan in the stateroom.
